Christina Chiu is a linguaphile. She has a M. SC degree from National University of Singapore, and is currently pursuing a B.A degree in Chinese Language and Chinese Literature at Singapore University of Social Science. She also attained her diploma in Japanese Studies from Waseda University in Tokyo many years ago. She speaks several languages fluently include English, Chinese and Japanese.

Languages are Christina’s abiding passion, especially in Chinese and Japanese. She is passionate about sharing her learning journey and imparting her knowledge to others. Her past global exposure and experience in working with business partners from China and Japan, make her teaching lively yet educational. She is currently teaching Japanese and IBDP Chinese at foreign language school and community centers.

She believes a strong bond between teacher and student helps each student to achieve greater success in his or her own learning journey.
